Ranchly Delivery · Pilot governance
Clear rules before the first delivery
These policies govern the invite-only pilot operated by DNA Music LLC, doing business as Ranchly. The pilot is not active until every payment, insurance, safety and owner-approval gate is independently satisfied.
Version 2026-09-05
Pilot terms
The invite-only pilot is a limited local delivery service operated by DNA Music LLC, doing business as Ranchly.
Eligibility and scope
Participants must be at least 18, use their own invited account and provide accurate pickup, delivery and contact information. Ranchly may pause or end the pilot at any time for safety, compliance or operational reasons.
The pilot supports one prepaid local pickup from an eligible merchant or provider. It is not emergency transportation, passenger transportation, medical care, unattended storage or a purchasing service funded by the driver.
Orders and payment
The resident must pay the merchant directly before pickup. A driver must never advance personal funds. Ranchly displays the delivery charge before authorization and the only approved canary order may not exceed $25.00 in total delivery-platform exposure.
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be rejected, held, canceled or refunded when it is unsafe, unsupported, out of zone, inaccurate or unavailable.
Independent service
Ranchly is an independent community service and is not affiliated with Babcock Ranch or BRRA. Merchant goods remain subject to the merchant's own terms, availability and refund rules.

Delivery privacy notice
Ranchly limits delivery data to what is needed to quote, dispatch, fulfill, support and reconcile an order.
Data used
Delivery processing may use account identity, precise pickup and drop-off locations, order instructions, status events, foreground driver location, messages, proof, payment-provider references and support records.
Precise location, personal contact details, order instructions and proof are private operational data. They are not published in Ranchly listings, ratings or community content.
Purpose, sharing and retention
Data is shared only with the assigned parties and service providers needed for the order, such as Stripe and Mapbox, subject to their own notices. Ranchly uses access controls, encryption and limited retention and may preserve a record longer when required for a payment dispute, safety incident or legal obligation.
Questions or requests may be sent to davidnajera@dnamusic.edu.co. Ranchly will verify the requester before disclosing or changing account data.
Version 2026-09-05
Cancellation and refund rules
The app must show the applicable consequence before a resident confirms cancellation.
Before and after assignment
Cancellation before driver assignment releases the delivery authorization without a delivery fee. After a driver accepts but before pickup, Ranchly may retain only the displayed partial cancellation fee when permitted and actually incurred.
After verified pickup, the delivery fee is ordinarily earned because the driver has performed material work. Merchant refunds remain the merchant's responsibility. Ranchly may issue a full or partial delivery refund after reviewing non-delivery, duplicate payment, safety or service failure evidence.
No hidden recurrence
The pilot has no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring delivery charge. A new authorization requires a new order confirmation.
Version 2026-09-05
Prohibited items and services
Drivers may refuse an unsafe or ineligible pickup without handling the item.
Not supported
The pilot prohibits controlled substances, prescription medicines, alcohol, tobacco or nicotine, firearms, weapons, ammunition, hazardous materials, cash, gift cards or financial instruments, live animals and any illegal, age-restricted or unsafe item.
Passenger rides, entry into a private residence, unattended custody beyond the delivery, driver-funded purchases and requests involving a minor as the account holder or driver are not supported.

Support ownership
DNA Music LLC is the named owner of Ranchly pilot support and emergency-stop decisions.
Contact and coverage
Pilot support contact: davidnajera@dnamusic.edu.co. Support is available only during a separately approved operating window; the delivery zone remains in draft with no open hours until that coverage is recorded.
For an active-order problem, use the in-app issue flow so the order and settlement can be held safely. Email is for follow-up and must not be used for emergencies.
Version 2026-09-05
Driver pilot agreement
A driver must accept these terms and pass account, vehicle, insurance and payout review before becoming available.
Safety and performance
The driver chooses whether to accept an offered delivery, supplies a lawful vehicle and phone, follows traffic and merchant rules, protects resident information, never delegates an account and reports loss, damage, delay or safety concerns promptly.
The driver must never advance funds, transport a prohibited item, enter a residence or continue a delivery that appears unlawful or unsafe. The app may restrict availability while an incident, identity, payout or insurance requirement is unresolved.
Classification and expenses
The parties intend an independent-contractor relationship for the pilot, but the actual working relationship and applicable law control classification. The driver is responsible for lawful operating expenses and taxes unless a written policy states otherwise. Ranchly does not guarantee offers, hours or earnings.
Version 2026-09-05
Insurance requirements
Insurance evidence is not yet approved, so the pilot and driver availability remain blocked.
Evidence required before activation
Before driving, the operator must verify current driver license and vehicle information, a policy declaration naming the insured and covered vehicle, applicable limits and dates, and confirmation from the carrier or broker that delivery activity is covered or appropriately endorsed.
Ranchly must also record whether the company needs commercial general liability, hired and non-owned auto, occupational accident or other coverage. A checklist or personal-policy upload is not a promise of coverage and cannot replace insurer or broker confirmation.

Incident response
Life safety comes first; payment and operational records are preserved without exposing private evidence.
Immediate response
Call 911 for danger, injury, fire, collision, crime in progress or another emergency. Move to safety when possible. Do not rely on Ranchly support as an emergency service.
For a non-emergency incident, stop the delivery if needed, open an in-app issue and preserve only relevant facts and evidence. Do not publish addresses, identification, payment data, images or allegations in community areas.
Operator handling
The operator pauses affected activity, holds settlement, limits evidence access, records decisions, coordinates payment or insurance follow-up and reports a qualifying data breach or other event as required by law. No database restoration may erase a real payment or incident record.
Authoritative reference points
These operating rules were checked against Florida privacy and breach requirements and federal worker-classification guidance. They are not a substitute for advice from Ranchly's Florida attorney, insurance broker or tax adviser.
